What we collect

From businesses: name, email, a hashed password, card design, branch names and locations, and billing details handled by Stripe (we never see card numbers). From the customers of those businesses: the name they type, an optional phone number, their stamps, points and rewards, and the technical data Apple and Google send to keep a saved card updated (a device identifier and push token for Apple Wallet).

Why

Only to issue and update loyalty cards, show the business its numbers, send the messages the business asks for, and bill the business. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Where

Data is stored on Cloudflare. Cards are delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Customers can delete the card from their wallet at any time and can ask the business, or us at hello@passhive.app, to delete their record. Businesses can delete their account by emailing us; we delete its data within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a login cookie for the dashboard, and remember your language and theme. No tracking cookies.
