PassHive

Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

PassHive (passhive.app) lets businesses design loyalty cards and issue them to their customers through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and offers an API to do the same from other systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your API keys and what your staff do with them. Keep your password and keys private. One account belongs to one business; agencies may manage client businesses through separate accounts or the API.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe, priced by the number of active branches. Cards and customers are not limited. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and the remaining time is not refunded. Prices may change with 30 days notice by email.

Fair use

Messages to cards are limited (currently 3 broadcasts a day) to protect customers and to follow Apple and Google rules. You may not send spam, misleading offers or content that breaks the law or the wallet policies of Apple and Google. We may suspend cards or accounts that do.

Your customers

You are the controller of your customers' data (names and optional phone numbers) and must have a lawful reason to collect it. We process it only to run your cards. See the privacy policy.

Availability

Wallet cards depend on Apple and Google services. We work to keep PassHive available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Trademarks

Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC. PassHive is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple or Google.
